Mark Nuell

Description
Mark Nuell was born in Britain in 1961. In 1979-1986 he lived in Queensland Australia, where he worked as a gem cutter.
In 1987 Mark studied Jewellery design at Randwick College in Sydney. He also won his first award that year for Debeers 'Diamonds Today'.
1n 1989 he continued to further his knowlege, skills and studied 'Creative Metal 'work also at Randwick. Afterwards he moved into his first workshop in Sydney in 1990.
In 1991, having moved back to Britain, he became a part time teacher of gem cutting at Wandsworth Adult College. He also ran a jewellery workshop in London with Catherine Mannheim at the same time.
His work is both unique and beautiful, and Mark currently exhibits not only here at Primavera but also in galleries in London, York, Brighton, Dublin, New York, Singapore and France. In addition Mark's jewellery has been exhibited in London, Australia, and New York.
He says "I design and make silver and gold jewellery with precious and semi-precious stones, which I am able to cut complimentary designs. As well as a production range I make one-off pieces."
