Description
Jonathan Addis specialises in painting private houses or businesses - frequently for printing on a postcard or a brochure. He can also work very fast from architects plans for developers and estate agents.
His handrawn maps of towns and cities across Europe are published as signed limited edition prints. He began with Granada and Nerja in Spain, then City of London, followed by Chelsea, Cambridge, Bloomsbury and Belgravia.
He is interested in the part his maps might play in encouraging a new sense of 'localism'.
