By road
Cambridge is located in East Anglia and due to many main road links is easily accessible from all over the UK.
From the South it lies approximately 60 miles north of London and is a straight trip up the M11 motorway (Junction 11 to drive directly to the gallery). From the North, both the A1 and the M1 join directly onto the A14 which leads you straight into the city, and again the A14 will lead you into Cambridge from both the East and the West.
There are many Car parks in Cambridge (see map). The closest is the Grand Arcade. There are signs around the city directing you to your nearest Car park and also informing you of the number of spaces available.
If you are loading purchases from Primavera into your car, you may park directly outside the gallery in order to do this.
Due to one way systems and the pedestrianisation of the centre you may only access the gallery via Trumpington Street.
However there are many signs along the route to discourage you. Do not be put off as you have permission to access King’s Parade and park to pick up your purchases. Do not forget to put our KINGS PARADE DELIVERY PERMIT in your car before you pick up your purchases.
