Shipping and Collection

Any item for which postage is charged will be shipped immediately upon reciept of payment. In the case of credit and debit card payments, shipment will only be made to the cardholder's address.

Some items cannot be shipped and can only be collected from Primavera at 10 King's Parade, Cambridge, CB2 1SJ, where on-street parking is available (see directions/opening times). Postage will not be charged on these items, and upon reciept of payment, they will placed in reserve. Items placed in reserve will only be handed over to people who can show the correct 15 digit Google order number.
